Finding the perfect fit
Every company is different. To understand your unique hiring needs, we start with a comprehensive mapping session to hash out the underlying factors that fuel your company’s success.
During this phone call, we’ll pick your brains to learn as much as we can about your projects, values and hiring process. A holistic approach to recruitment ensures we can accurately represent your business and maximises our chances of finding the perfect fit for your company.
Mapping session: We dive deep into your company’s inner workings to get all the information we need to accurately represent the business to our candidates.
Screening: We handpick potential candidates from our pool of talent, looking for synergies between your company’s hiring needs and a candidate’s skill set.
Interviews: If you’d like to learn more about a candidate, we arrange an interview.
Reference checks: We organise a minimum of two reference checks for the candidate, including at least one reference from a recent line manager.
Job offer: If the candidate is a suitable fit, you can offer them the job! If it’s not a good match, we encourage you to share your feedback, which we present to the candidate.
Job start: The successful candidate starts in the new role. We check in with you periodically over the next three months to see how your new employee is settling in.
Future talent: To fulfil your future hiring needs, we keep you informed of newly available talent. When a suitable candidate walks through our doors, you’ll be the first to know.
